Front desk staff on day of arrival was not pleasant nor helpful. Elevator went out, housekeeping missed things, it was loud, bathroom fan didn’t work - all in a two night stay. The best part was the restaurant and its staff - friendly and professional.

This property is not kid friendly. I had the over night parking attendant bang at my door around midnight saying there was noise complaints when I open the door he apologized and said he was sorry for banging like that. Also spoke to Chris the general manager and he didn’t care he had no expression very un professional careless about his customers he had the worst customer service. I told him I was going to write a bad review about this place and he said do it I don’t care very bad experience not a place for kids
