Phone was broken in room for several days, they stated someone would come to fix it 4 days in a row and never came. Desk was damaged in the room on arrival. Water pressure was terrible and would go in and out during the stay. Housekeeping would come and take the trash and never leave new towels or make the bed or changed the sheets. Front desk staff were incompetent, rude, and inattentive to try and get back to their phones or book. Offered a room change after leaving for the day and coming back and they said there were no changes offered to send someone to the room at 10pm and no one ever showed up. Worst hotel in the area. Asked for a 1 hour late check out as a courtesy and they said they already charged the card for one day despite all of these issues that were brought up. The manager at night said he had no idea any of these problems existed and ensured a room change that never happened, zero compensation offered.

Terrible place The staff was abrasive and unfriendly. Our room wasn’t cleaned all week even though we asked several times. Our key cards kept deactivating and it seemed like the actual owner was mad at us for asking for more than one card. All in all I recommend to stay someplace else

The breakfast was okay however, there was I don't know if old blood and mold on the curtains, old blood stains on the pillow, and mold on the shower curtains. I wished they'd hirer more cleaning staffs that are willing to continue the upkeep of the property. The front desk staff were slightly rude when I checked in.
