We left in the middle of the night because apparently when the local bars let out, people come here and get rowdy. When I asked if there was anything staff could do, they said no - other than ask people to be quiet. They were very unsympathetic to the fact that we were leaving because of the noise and offered no incentive for us to return. My husband was packing the car so he walked out a separate door and heard an employee talking opening about me saying “if you wanted to be alone, stay at an Airbnb not a hotel”. Extremely rude, but I will take his advice and will not be returning. The two stars are because the hotel is very nice and clean, but I can’t get over the customer service. If you want a quiet getaway, this isn’t it.
