Was very happy with this hotel. Was everything we needed to be. Easy access to all areas. We were there for spring training and had a great time. Only down point was their breakfast is very expensive and not much variety. I had toast & water and was charged $24. Was not very happy with that

I paid for what I thought would be a nice hotel room, but it was small and may as well have been a motel room. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was extremely rude and condescending, telling me I didnā€™t have a reservation and I obviously had the wrong hotel without even asking for my name. The bar downstairs with the ā€œlive musicā€ was just drunken karaoke and was obnoxious to listen to every night. The elevators were old, slow, and did not work very well either. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton hotel.

Clean and adequate and centrally located

The Hilton Garden Inn on Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale is a friendly, adequate hotel located near to all the attractions of Old Scottsdale. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet, in spite of being directly adjacent to an elevator shaft. The hotel does offer a breakfast buffet for $24.95 which is more than adequate. Or you can choose to walk 10 minutes to one of several excellent breakfast restaurants. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We chose to park our rental car in the underground garage for $25 a day. This would especially attractive in the hot weather months in Arizona. The only gripe we had was the wifi which flickered on and off repeatedly every few seconds at times for the entire stay. We will strongly consider this hotel for future visits to the Phoenix area.

Weā€™ve stayed at this property several times now, it is our ā€œgo toā€ now as the staff is excellent, the pool is well kept and the rooms are comfortable. The common grounds with all the seating and fire pits are our favorite spot to relax after a day of fun! We will be back and canā€™t recommend enough!
