This property was reif with problems. The Internet barely work most of the time. The electronic door lock stopped working and had to be replaced. The housekeepers evidently could not decode Please make up the room and did not. The staff at the front desk at a fine job, but otherwise it was a very unsatisfactory stay.

Weekend blues!

We could not sleep well because the street noise was so loud, and our room was the closest one to outside. Also we could not get into our room because the door lock was broken. We paid so much for the room and it could be better.

This hotel was expensive and subpar. The room was dingy, poorly lit, rundown, there was visible rust in the tub, the water pressure was terrible, and we found the a press on nail from the previous occupant in the middle of the floor.

Worst experience

We arrived and the front desk lady was really friendly. The 3 days we were there room service came once and after that no where to be found. I asked for towels and trash/sheets to be replaced and we came back to nothing. Jacuzzi was not working. After the first front desk girl that helped us check in the girls/workers after her were just plain rude. No understanding after I mentioned our rooms were not checked on or cleaned. I paid damm near a grand for 3 nights for this type of treatment? Ridiculous. Please Bestwestern do better and choose your workers wisely.

The staff at Best Western canceled my booking without notice the same day of my staying. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm just to find out they canceled my booking. And the lady at the front desk told me that expedia canceled. This lady was so rude and disrespectful

be careful about sofa bed.

The location was great and was right where we needed to be with most things walking distance. The only complaint that me and my other quests had was the sofa bed. I specifically requested a room with a sofa bed due to the number of people that would be staying in the room. The first night that we had slept in the room (115), the sofa bed had broke while guests were sleeping on it. the bed was held together by zip ties. when we notified the front desk, the maintenance employee was there saying "yeah that was a quick fix." we were not able to get another room due to the hotel being fully booked, and the guests that were sleeping on the sofa bed had to then sleep on the floor with the mattress. When first notified the front desk, the employee had been on the phone with the manager who said would call and discuss issue though never received a call. we did check out and explained the situation again requesting a call from the manager with no phone call made.

The beds are a dream to sleep on!

The beds here are the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in! Slept like a baby. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff extremely helpfull and friendly, as we had two aging parents with us that needed handicap accessible rooms. Perfect weekend!
