The room was clean, but had no wash cloths, water glasses, or coffee pot. The staff was pleasant but gave us wrong information about our parking confirmation so we spent the next morning reparking and filling out paperwork, so had a late start to the airport.

Didn't end up staying the night after checking in as the hotel room was gross!!! For the amount of money this room was, it was NOT worth it at all!!! Do not get a room here if you have any sense of cleanliness. They need to condem this hotel. Shouldn't even be called a hotel, it's a trash can with a mattress.

The parking lot had dog feces everywhere even right in front on my door. Disgusting. The air conditioner in the room was in disrepair, leaking water with an ice bucket to catch the water which also was dripping all over the floor. The room smelled like old cigarettes and mildew and I wasn't even sure I wanted to sleep in the bed. I laid on top of the covers and too be honest I should have just canceled to second night

The staff was very attentive. However, our room had a foul odour, the toilet still had feces on it from the previous guest and the shower drain was clogging up. It was definitely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at.

Stay somewhere else

The room keys would stop working, requiring trips to the desk to have them reset up. The deadbolt on our door didn't work because it doesn't line up with the hole in the doorway. The room toilet would significantly move every time you sit on it. Not just the seat, the whole toilet. They have an ice machine in the lobby but they keep it turned off. They'll tell you where the switch to turn it on is if you ask, but because they keep it off there isn't much ice to get.

It was nothing like the pictures showed. The sheets were dirty. The pools are empty and people were in and out of all the rooms all night. It was not a suite at all. There was spilled beer in the refrigerator which was the first thing we saw when putting juice in the fridge for our little one. We thought there was a kiddie pool but not one pool had water in it. This is the very last time I will ever trust Expedia. And when we did not want to stay another night they said we couldn't get a refund because it was through a 3rd party. Expedia just had people that got can't understand or recordings to talk to.
