Staff was all very nice. We had a problem with the fridge not working and the manager came up and fixed it right a way. Lobby was always nice and clean. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked good. Only thing we weren't crazy about was the pool area.

This place is a so expensive for what it is. It is in a shopping center that looks abandoned and our window faced the "nightclub" and all night long there were BUS LOADS of people going to this place as it is a stop for the "party busses" that apparently people go to do. We are talking big passenger buses lined up all night. The smell of pot filtered through the window and we could not get fresh air. The worst experience.

The room I stayed in was dated, old scratched furniture, hardly can enter the bathroom due to very tight space between toilet and door. The sink was in the room, the TV was of center of the bed and hard to adjust the angle in order to watch TV. It had another sink with a countertop and a mini fridge, but no microwave. That is weird! In the first night the noise from the bar close to the hotel was height level ALL night. Next morning I brought this to the reception attention and they said is nothing they can do. I will never book again a room at this hotel.

Spacious room with view of mountain, comfortable bed, and grateful for pet friendly. I wasn't able to take advantage of amenities, but I saw guests taking advantage of the multi-purpose bar attached to the registration desk.
