The room itself was satisfactory; however, I arrived at 4 a.m. and requested a late checkout, which was unfortunately denied by the front desk staff. I had hoped for a bit more flexibility and understanding given my very late arrival. Instead, I was offered only an additional hour for a fee of $25. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
