This hotel is a DEFINITE NO! Do yourself a huge favor and stay away. The hotel is quiet, which is the ONLY positive thing that can be said. I had to leave due to headaches caused by environmental factors. When I checked out I was told I would receive a partial refund. When I never received a refund. I naturally called to inquire. I was told to call back, call back again, and call back again when manager "George" was available. I called back for the 6th time the next day and was told George wasn't available. I am done calling them back and will seek satisfaction up the food chain. Homelessness abounds in the area and they snuggle up close to the building to access free, unsecured WiFi. The cleaning staff leaves whatever they want and routinely had to ask for coffee, etc. Absolutely abysmal customer service and I would sleep in a tent or in my car if this hotel was the only choice. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even in good conscience give it a one star.

This was a great hotel and room. It was rated as a 2 of 5, but I say “no way”! Hotel and room were awesome. Clean and comfortable. Coffee maker which is a must for me. Nice amenities and very friendly staff. My new go to when in Phoenix!

Dangerous noxious fumes in the room. Suspect mold from heating system. Stayed one night and left also located in a very blighted area of North Phoenix. Surrounded by homeless people. This place should be shut down.
