My only complaint was the comfort of the pillows. One was especially lumpy. I contacted front reception and requested an additional pillow and was informed that there was not any available (I found that difficult to believe). I had a very bad neck strain the rest of our stay. p.s. there should be an additional trash can in room, other than just the one under bathroom sink

Poor quality rooms

Our stay was quite poor and I will not be staying at a Red Roof Inn again. We spent $160 for one night for a very unclean and poor looking room. There was paint splattered in spots all over the floor from renovations (very poor painting job). Additionally, the floor was unclean. It had not been swept or vacuumed. There was leftover food on the floor and a pill! The chair in the room was completely sliced and there were holes in the wall. Finally, the plumbing under the sink was not sealed properly to the drywall. I will say the bed was comfortable but the pillows were 4 small squares (never seen that before). Overall, for the amount we spent it was very poor quality. It felt icky.

Checked in and was given room keys that were not activated and had to go back down to front desk and activate them, the room furniture was in bad condition, TV in room didn't work but had to go through general phone number to reach front desk because room phone didn't work either. Following day left in the morning and came back in the evening and room door was open and went to inform front desk but employee really didn't have much to say. I always thought red roof inn's were nice mid priced hotels but they're kinda run down now or at least this one was.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or will I stay there again
