The carpet was absolutely disgusting and dirty! The dishwasher was half broken. When we would walk, barefoot on the carpet or feet will get black!

Loud neighbors..when checking in she could not tell us how to get to our room. She said works at another location. Breakfast was good however, the who time we were there this lady wouldn't let anyone get pancakes.seemed homeless.keep packing food to go.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. It was very clean, the bed was cozy and the staff were very nice. The only negative thing I have to say is we asked for extra pillows, and they were very lumpy. Otherwise everything else was great!

This hotel offers a spacious room in a convenient location, making it a decent choice for travelers. However, rooms are only cleaned once a week, and some guests may smoke indoors—our first room had a noticeable smoke odor, but fortunately, we were able to switch to one that didn’t. Breakfast is available from 7 AM to 9 AM, featuring options like eggs, tortillas, salsa, and occasionally bacon or sausage. Oatmeal is hit or miss, and there’s a small selection of cereal. The coffee is quite weak. The exercise room is minimal, lacking weights and floor mats. The running machines face a wall without a TV, which may not be ideal for some. Guests vary, and staff maintain a reserved demeanor.

Nice spacious rooms in a convenient location! Only complaints that I have was that there was no body wash or conditioner in my bathroom and that the dishwasher decided to leak a day before checkout. The staff is friendly and attentive to their guest’s needs. Free breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the pool. Will definitely stay again!

1-Star Review We trusted the reviews on Expedia, but this place was nothing like advertised. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and not ready when we arrived. The sink was clogged, and instead of fixing it, someone just vacuumed the water out. Stains were visible on the seat and couches. The bathroom and shower were filthy, and they even left used towels from previous guests. The manager did nothing when we asked for a price adjustment. She just said, "I cannot do anything." (Alexandra) We also emailed, and no one ever replied. This is not a hotel—it’s more like a two-star motel. It’s advertised like a 4- or 5-star extended stay, but it doesn’t even meet basic standards. We left early, before checkout. Do yourself a favor—spend a bit more and stay somewhere better. This place is not worth the money.
