Excellent hotel, I was knocked off my feet by this fantastic place. It was incredibly clean comfortable and spacious. I wish I could stay here longer. I highly recommend it.

Staff: I think the man that checked me in was scamming me for a parking fee that I didn’t see on the website. When I said a parking fee and was shocked he quickly did a turn around and said he would override the fee for me. Rhonda at checkout was very polite and helpful.

The hotel was in not in a good area of town. At the entrance, there is a small entryway where you have to get buzzed in by the attendant. The person checking me in_the fact that it was a non-smoking room, which is great for me since I am a non-smoker. Once I entered my room, however it was evident that the room had been smoked in extensively… like an old musty bar type of smell. The air conditioner seemed to work OK, so I just cranked it down to help with the overall smell. There was black mold in the corner of the shower enclosure where the tile meets the tub. The shower curtain bar was drooping, so the shower curtain had difficulty staying at the ends, which allowed water from the shower to spray out onto the toilet a bit. The bed was comfortable enough, however the pillows were very firm. Check out was an easy process, as I exited the place as quickly as possible, the next morning. Would definitely not recommend.

Not what I was expecting compared to the pictures. A lot of homeless people near the area and allowed into the property. If you’re simply looking for a place to just lay your head then it’s OK.

I booked a one bedroom through hotels.com and when I went to check in the guy at the front desk told me that they did not have any one bedrooms available and they had to place me in a studio. I had my 2 daughters with me so it was cramped. I still had to pay the same rate for a one bedroom which was a problem for me. It wasn’t the guys fault so I didn’t give him a hard time and plus he took care of our beverages and snacks we got from the main lobby. I feel like I need a complimentary night to make it right or at least give me the price difference from a one bedroom and studios

Carpet all around the hotel and room were extremely old . Our room had a weird strong sort of curry smell that we couldn’t get rid of by opening all windows and spraying air freshener. If you need fresh towels , you need to go back to lobby and take your used ones.
