where do i start? the whole stay was excellent! check in was fast and friendly. the suite huge and comfortable. on both televisions you could sign into your own Netflix account. we had a desk, sofa, refrigerator, sink out side of the bathroom facilities, coffee maker. the bed was very comfortable, two pillows each. and now for breakfast: super delicious and nutritious . range free scrambled eggs, thinly sliced Canadian bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, yogurts , many gluten free treats. just a great experience overall. front desk very friendly, the lady who drove the airport shuttle also. we will be back. thank you for a great stay

The Preparatory exceeded my expectations! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful details in the room. The customer service was top-notch—friendly and attentive. I enjoy this hospital every time we stay. Sometimes the staff greets us and sometimes they don't which is where they can improve and also the elevator is really slow. The rooms are great and the amenities are as well. This is one of the best hotels in the Phoenix area, hands down!!! We will be back!!!

The property was generally clean, but the room was not as comfortable as the pics show. The sofa bed was a trundle bed that was not made to rise, so it was on the floor and the couch was not comfortable for the other occupant. The toilet flush was very loud, so using it at night woke up all others in room. The bathroom sink was separate from toilet and shower, but there was no door on that section of the bathroom so using it made the room light up at night, also waking the other occupants. If you don't mind the above, the stay was fine otherwise.
