The hotel was filthy and the room was nasty mold and dirt on all the base boards. I had to ask for towels and the only way I could get one was to turn in the ones I didn’t have.

A hotel like this shouldn’t even be offered on Expedia. People use Expedia to find a place to stay on vacation. This is absolutely not a vacation hotel. It appears many of the people who are there are living there. They are noisy all night. One person was even sitting outside their room shaving, with clumps of hair around him on the ground. When we arrived at the property, the office was locked up and no one was there. It took twenty minutes before someone came and we could check in. There was only one towel in the room. The tv didn’t work. The blanket on the bed was very thin, and there weren’t any extra blankets. We left early in the morning because we felt so uncomfortable there. Please take this hotel off your website. No one else should have the experience we had.

The first room we were assigned to was not cleaned.. had unmade beds and a flickering light. The 2nd room had made beds with blood stains on the linen on bed one.. the floor was not sore or mopped footmarks everywhere into the bathroom.. the sink, toilet and shower were dirty. Very dirty walls and curtains, paint chipping and covered holes everywhere. There was someone sleeping in the stairwell on the 3rd floor, loud music playing below us. Beds are super uncomfortable with deep dips in the middle. Tv remove had no batteries and there were no towels, soap or toilet paper..i had to go get all these items. Didn't request a new room or a refund as i doesn't expect any other room would be any better giving our experience so far and also we are very weary from traveling through rainstorms and snow. We were re-routed into this area about 3.5 hours away from our original destination and were looking for a hotel near the interstate that would be affordable. This one has a rating of 4.7 and i have no idea how it got that rating.. the property is in very poor condition.
Room drenched w/ bleach. We had to keep the door open to dry the floors/bathroom. Faucets rusty/old. Staircase was full of trash/dirty, condom on 2cd floor staircase, guy on a bike on 2cd floor staring at us. We stayed there only to sleep & use the bathroom. We left early & came back late. Room just need to be updated w/ faucets, bed, sheets
This waste worst hotel I have ever encountered. This is a section 8 government hotel which has people doing drugs. People walking around the property which made me worry whether or not my car would be there when I woke up. The front door handle was falling off. I could go on bit you get the right idea
Had to wait about 90 minutes to check in as multiple rooms were not cleaned and ready for the guests to check in. The receptionist had to shut down the office and go help clean the rooms.
