I Work in Pincher Creek daily the every so often I like to stay to save myself the travel time. I decided to stay the night here because I really wanted a hot tub to relax in after my meetings. When I went to put my foot in the hot tub, it was boiling water and I could not even step in and I’m someone who likes really hot water. Another lady told me she had mentioned it to the front desk so I figured within time it would cool down. I sat in the pool and an hour later. I tried again and again it was boiling hot. I really was looking forward to a hot tub so I decided that I would just go up to my room and have a hot bath. After getting in my room and turning on the hot water to as hot as possible, I sat in the tub to a cold tub. I turned it off, got out and after several minutes, I decided to see if I could have a quick shower to get the chlorine off of me from the pool but again all I got was cold water I was very disappointed.

The room was clean upon arrival, the breakfast was ready and had different options. The pool was clean and taken care of. We didn’t receive our breakfast vouchers, but they were good about finding out and ensuring we still received breakfast. We were not informed of any hold required on a credit card and were expecting to pay with cash, but unable to do so due to the hold required.

The Positive: Breakfast was amazing! 3 delicious & filling choices. Beds were quite comfortable & room was clean, other than the bathroom which had hair leftover from the previous guest. The Negative: Stairwells & halls were unfortunately quite filthy. Although we were registered as 3 guests, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Ran out of hot water in the morning after a 5 min shower. Room had the heat cranked & was hot & stuffy when we arrived but fortunately the window opened so we could air it out & cool it down. Overall a mediocre experience.
