Great place

Everything was good and the stay comfortable. My only complaint dislike was that the bedding and pillows had a softener smell to them. Most people dont mind it but it is hard to deal with when you have scent issues. I feel it's a trend with hotels in general :(((

Needs to be cleaned better and elevators need fixed. Only elevator worked and it was very slow. We had to wait over 15 minutes on the elevator each evening and there were long lines to even get on it. That was very disappointing.

Minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Parking under the bridge is convenient and cheap. Great value for the position. Rooms overlook bridge, traffic and noise. Hotel is nice and clean. Constant lines at the elevators. The night shift lobby lady is not very polite and welcoming. "if you can't smile, don't open a shop".

We stayed April 4-5 2025. We had stayed before and chose the place again because of the convenience to the Pirates stadium. Very walkable area. Restaurants and bars very close. One elevator was down the entire weekend.

Was told I wasn’t going to be charged until check in. I had two room reservations. One card wound up being charged/ total cost held on card for both rooms before we even got to hotel. Then was told it would take 3-5 business days to get hold removed from card. Never had this happen before when we stayed here, but it was an inconvenience given we were planning on using two different cards for check in given two different people were staying in each room.
