Fitness center is an exercise in frustration with poorly working equipment and a tiny cramped space. Far too many up front parking spots are dedicated to EVs while I had to park in the far back corner of the parking lot Check in staff was "robotic" and simply repeating what she was told to say and shuffled me thru like cattle at an auction. Rewards program has changed and now basically just offers hotel gift cards. As a business traveller who stays more than he wants in a hotel and has their expenses paid for, the last thing I want for a reward is another hotel stay. I contacted the hotel about all of this in their post-stay questionnaire they sent out and received no response so my only option was to express my dissatisfaction publicly. This was far from my first stay there but will now be my last.

We travel regularly between Ontario and the Maritimes with a night on the road. We always stay at the Best Western Plus in Edmundston NB. The rooms are clean and comfortable and appear to have been recently renovated. The breakfast is tasty and convenient.

Very clean and comfortable room, washroom and beds. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options. Ground floor room with free parking right in front of our room made it super easy to bring our things in and out through the sliding doors which were left unlocked on our arrival. We'll book this hotel again.
