Good stay but check all electric items plugged in!

This was a huge complex for conferences. Had a ground floor with a walkout door to my parking space. Breakfast was fancy but just adequate for people with diet restrictions such as no milk. ***Just saying Quebec hotels do unplug frigs, TVs and not knowing, had service check the frig here. Next night in a different spot, TV wouldn't work and yes it was not plugged in!

Terrible service!!

From the time we were checking in to the time of departure the service at this hotel was the worse I have ever encountered! Their attitude was as if you were putting them out by asking for a box of tissues (as there was not one in the room to begin with) to having to ask for more towels as we were there for 3 nights and when they delivered them, they never took the dirty ones with them. Lastly, there is a Kureq machine in the room to make coffee but after 2 days of using what they had left in the room, we had nothing left, and when I went to get a couple more at the front desk for the last morning they would not give me any and they wanted to charge me $1.50 per Kureq cup. They were situated right next to the front desk as curtesy coffee with no signs that there was a charge for this coffee, and was told they replenish them in the room every morning, and when I indicated that none of that was ever done to our room, they did not care and just said if I wanted the one I was taking they would have to charge me!! We will never go back to that hotel again, and we go visit family in that area at least a couple of times a year!!
