I enjoyed a warm welcome on my arrival and was given guidance on my booking and the services which are available to me within the establishment. My allocated bedroom was spacious clean, and well presented with a spotless shower room. I attempted to purchase food in the restaurant just after noon but was told nothing was available, this was disappointing!!

Took 1 hour to check in because of one person being on reception..then was told restaurant to busy for any more people then got to room and it was freezing ..turned heating on and it didn’t work told staff and was giving a extra blanket..won’t visit again

Room was clean and comfortable although quite cold at times. Staff were nice at check in and we got complimentary water. Restaurant wasnt open however we did get breakfast. Wondered why no one was touching the orange juice.. it was absolutely disgusting...so watered down!! Just like the syrups.... not great! The sausages were pale... looked anaemic ... would be helpful to have cereal labels... nut allergy so had to be careful what i chose...really disappointed in breakfast.... we were in a twin on the first floor which was fine but you could definitely hear next door/or above when they used the loo or shower... shower room is very small but ok. Got a good deal this time (stayed before) and it was ok... bed comfortable etc however, quality of food/drinks at breakfast need to be looked at...
