This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service and attention to detail were unmatched. Everything was beautiful, clean and service was prompt. I had breakfast and dine at Loya and the food was delicious. The experience at Loya was top tier. If you want a luxury experience in Mumbai, this is the place stay.

A Truly Memorable Stay at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of staying at the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai for just one day, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm hospitality, timeless elegance, and world-class service made me feel truly special. The heritage of the place is evident in every detail — from the stunning architecture to the beautifully maintained interiors. My room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and offered a magnificent view that added to the charm of the stay. The staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. I also had the chance to dine at one of their restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious — a perfect blend of taste, quality, and presentation. Though my stay was short, the experience was rich and full of comfort, luxury, and elegance. I would highly recommend the Taj Mahal Hotel Mumbai to anyone visiting the city — it’s not just a hotel, it’s a destination in itself. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

When I checked in, they graciously upgraded me, without charge, to a room at the adjacent Taj Mahal Palace hotel. The Taj Mahal Palace has only two desks for check-in, which are staffed by one or two employees. There was a line of people waiting, and people sometimes have to wait to check in.

Brilliant hotel. Service in all areas is superb. Pool and garden, restaurants, Taj Club lounge, breakfasts, room service, the building itself, and the staff..... every single one of them. I am very happy to name Netresh the great young chef. Abhinav, the absolute King of Cocktails. Gayatri and Lovesh who made my visits to the Taj Lounge very memorable with their wonderful service and personalities. They will go far. Young Divyam, a very polite and pleasant fella who diligently kept my room spotless. And the lovely Shivani on the front desk of the Palace who knew all these people that i was fortunate enough to meet. If you get one chance to come to the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai. Take it! The property was nice. I was a bit thrown off because I was reserved to stay at the tower but at check-in they said they upgraded us to the palace. The palace side is beautiful but very dated. I would have liked to see the tower side to compare the two options. Overall, our stay was nice and pleasant. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the ambiance was grand.

Beautiful hotel, in the heart of Colaba, and next to numerous restaurants and the main bazaar. Everything about the hotel is 5 star, particularly the hospitality from the staff. Room was very comfortable and modern with a great bed and lovely shower. Only downsides for me were that there were only x3 lifts which made waiting a regular theme. Also, as someone who frequently uses sauna and steam rooms after using the gym, I was disappointed that there was no sauna or steam room, however there was a steam facility which generated within the cubicle of the shower. Breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about.

Good Hotel

The hotel is iconic and has a lot of history. Overall a beautiful hotel in the middle of crowded city. The Taj Mahal Towers is just like any other basic hotel nothing special in fact my stay at Conrad and Sheraton in Bengalore was much modern experience. During my check out the staff never asked me anything regarding my stay here for 6 nights. My wish was complete by staying here
