A stay that was only meant to be three night turned into an eight night stay due to a loss of a loved one. The staff were flexible and understanding with our unexpected needs. It was very much appreciated during a very difficult time. Their kindness will not soon be forgotten. Thank you!

Everything was as expected for a hotel in that price range - clean, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. My only complaints were the bathroom didn't seem to have a working exhaust fan and the Keurig coffee maker was a piece of junk. Made terrible coffee. We wanted to boil some water - took a lot of experimenting but were able to finally do it. Ended up bringing in our own coffee maker. I would stay there again when next visiting Port Alberni, but will remember to bring my coffee maker and coffee.

Everything was clean, but just slightly dated. Theres no free breakfast but there is a restaurant that we could have got 20% off of. Thé menu was fairly normal priced, but Tim’s was much cheaper, so we just went there
