The front desk is down a short flight of stairs so as someone with a mobility disability this was not convenient. The room was okay. Sorry carpet and dingy. I asked for a wake up call (because my phone battery was dead) which was delivered late.

Great property! The staff were friendly and efficient from the moment we booked. The room and public areas were clean, the hot tub and sauna were absolutely dreamy, and the views of every room over the lake gave us the peace we were looking for. It was a bit noisy die to the traffic of the highway, but if you're a heavy sleeper, or use a noise app (like me) it'll help drown that out. Close enough to downtown and the harbour, and far enough out of town that it's easy to explore north of the city. Highly recommend!

Lake was beautiful and room was clean and well appointed and the staff were friendly, and efficient. When I looked at the property online I was quoted an all in figure for our stay, but when I arrived I was told there would be a $10.00 charge for parking, which was charge that wasn't consistent with what I was quoted. Plus, the in room tv endlessly had a standby popup on the screen that would interfere with the program, or movie we were watching, which was very annoying.

The facility is lovely! Check-in was a breeze, and our suite was stunning! A gorgeous lake view, so quiet and peaceful! The breakfast was delicious [although the dining space a bit small for the size of the hotel]. That said, the lovely lady stocking the breakfast area was great, she was on top of keeping everything stocked and clean and very helpful when situations arose. The rooms are well kept, clean and comfortable!! If a downside - the hallways are out of doors - I suspect that can get cold in the winter months, but it didn't bother us at all. We'll be back - it was a great stay and wonderful location!
