I recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants/shopping/entertainment/the harbor. There are renovations going on but everything is very clean, considering. Super friendly and attentive staff. Kudos from me!

Was very nice room clean and roomy. Only problem was a running sound all the time. Maybe it was from roof or not certain where. Was somewhat difficult to sleep. I let front desk know of noise

I called less than 24 hours to tell the front desk we were going to be late to our reservation. I knew and I wasn’t expecting to get refunded because we were late. The lady working at the front desk said she would do a late registration for me. I called back twice to make sure registration was going to register me in late. The next day when I got to the hotel the lady working in registration did not do a late check in for me. They canceled my hotel room. Also, all the rooms were dirty, we had wait over a hour for a room. They were able to get me a new hotel room, but it was not the one I paid for. I paid for a room on a higher floor. We were on the second floor with a dog barking all night. I wouldn’t stay here again. They are not organized. The staff don’t follow through on what they say they’re going to do for the customers.
