No comment provided for breakfast because we didn't eat breakfast at the property. Only comment would be regarding payment. Throughout our visit in Portugal, this was the only hotel that provided an option to pay in Euros or USD and we mistakenly paid in USD which was more expensive than paying in local currency.

The A/c was not working in my room. The staff has to change us to another room. However the new room the A/C was working but not as cold as we would like. Also we ask for 2 additional pillows, we need to go to the front desk to pickup them , because they don’t have personal to work on Sunday. Si bad service.

We had a very disappointing experience here. I had to ask more than 3 times to move bedroom as AC not working, wven then they said they needed to come up and assess how warm the room was. We eventually got another room but the process was not easy.

I thought the bedroom was very cold so much so I needed to ask for a blanket. I thought the room was quite poorly lit regrardless the number of lights in the room. The bathroom shower did not work initially and then there was no indication on the hot or cold tap so ended scolded myself on a number of occasions.

The air conditioning did not work. We needed to switch rooms but the air conditioning was not working in the second room either Our first room had no bathroom door and was a ridiculous layout where the closet was no where near the bedroom or bathroom. Would definitely not recommend
