The amenities is the main reason we love to stay here, it is unfortunate when the spa jacuzzi is not available which happened the first day of our stay. It was resolved the next day which was a relief given the cold temps.

The hotel has that old fashioned quiet atmosphere with unobtrusive but attentive staff members. It is quietly and comfortably luxurious, perfect for exploring downtown on foot and within a short distance of most interesting restaurants

The location was perfect. It was very close to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. The room was nice and clean. The hot tub was closed for several days for cleaning so we could not use which was a major bummer as we really really wanted to use it. Staff super friendly. Valet parking for $35 a night (I think).
