Clean room and very quiet. They honored my request to get room away from elevator. Beautiful grounds overlooking Prescott. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a nightmare! This hotel is a joke- my husband has a seizure disorder so we have a small, fully trained service dog. We travel extensively and have NEVER encountered a hotel like this one before. If you have dogs avoid this place like the plague. They will make you fill out long forms, put you in a special “ dog section” which backs to a busy- noisy highway. Our room smelled like dog poo and pee. Horrific experience. Do not stay here!!! They

Room was fine with the exception of the huge rip in the canopy on the deck outside the room. There are much better breakfasts offered at other nearby hotels.
Canopy on deck, it’s hard to see because the window was so dirty.

Breakfast was solid - good eggs and protein, make your own waffles, delicious coffee, plus all the extras. Room was nice, comfy and clean. But what really made the experience was the wonderful staff at the front desk. Malia went above and beyond to help us with recommendations, make bedtime cookies, and was overall a joy to talk to.

This place is a gem. I loved everything about it but wished the hot tub wasn’t shut down. The weather was cooler so an evening dip in the hot tub would have been nice. The staff are so friendly and this place is just beautiful. I can’t wait to come back to AZ and stay again.
