Rooms are dated and fairly basic e.g. not even a hook in the bathroom, thin towels, average water pressure, no closet. Beds fairly comfortable, larger TV with good selection. But quite noisy, thin walls (could hear everything from neighbours), very loud wall fan/AC unit which we left on to drown out the neighbours. Very tight and limited parking, hotel seemed full and some had to park in an empty lot next door. Breakfast was good and plentiful, very nice staff. Convenient location off the highway. Overall however and for the price, we might look elsewhere next time we go through Edmundston.

We just had a quick overnight stay but found the room to be very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. I found the price of the room high but we booked last minute so not sure if that affected the price.

Room was clean and quiet on third floor. Check-in was a bit slow despite the fact that we had already done an online check in. The receipt showed an amount lower than what Expedia charges us yet when we called the property, their rate was higher so I don’t know what that means if it isn’t price fixing.

Mattress was very lumpy and made sleeping difficult. Pillows were so soft you couldn’t get any support which also contributed to a rough nights sleep. Have stayed here several times but regrettably this will be the last. Room had a peculiar odor so had to open door to outside to get some fresh air.

Clean and modern facilities - plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices. Great counter space in the bathroom. A/C unit works well but is loud and does not keep the room at temperature well.
