Breathtaking ocean panoramas, colorful sunrises, and stunning sunsets with the famed Bali Hai mountain await you, right from the comfort our your own lanai. Hanalei with its sweeping, sandy beach, wonderful restaurants, and many fun shops are just 10 minutes away.

Here you can enjoy all this splendor and beauty but still have convenience at your fingertips. Enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, our secluded Hideaways beach, the world-famous Princeville championship golf courses, and even a friendly restaurant right across the street where you can meet your neighbors and make new friends. The shops at Princeville are a beautiful, pleasant walk or a quick drive away.

This first floor condo is tastefully appointed with bright island flavors and a well equipped kitchen where you can dine and relax, or you can grill your own dinner on the lanai while enjoying the view. Sun screens on the lanai help keep you cool in the afternoon, or leave them open and relish the fresh tropic breezes that flow through Princeville.

We felt we paid a premium price for this condo because of the view. It didn’t disappoint. The view was spectacular. The grounds are meticulously groomed. The condo itself is small but had all we needed. It was comfortable and clean (although, it could use a deep cleaning). We happened to speak with the property management company. Everyone was responsive, helpful and pleasant. There are some things to consider. (1) There is no air conditioning. During our stay, the weather was warm (mid to upper 70s)and rather humid. The condo became very warm, especially in the afternoon and evening. There are 2 ceiling fans, a floor fan, and a small table top fan, as well as lanai shades. Those helped some but it was oppressive at times. (2) The condo is nice but definitely showing age, wear and tear. (3). There were some very minor issues and we advised the management company upon our departure.

Condo was comfy, had everything we needed, great location and amazing views. Only problem was that the walls are so thin that we heard every sound from the condo above us, including a screaming baby. Overall we loved staying here…being on the first floor allowed us to walk out and enjoy the view but being upstairs is probably quieter

We loved the views from this property! We enjoyed sunsets and sunrises overlooking the ocean. The location was a great home base for day trips all over the island. We also snorkeled at nearby Hideaway Beach (bring your own snorkel gear). Best of all was watching whales frolicking in the ocean (bring your own binoculars). We also really enjoyed the pizza restaurant on the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Views!

We enjoy the north shore, and this condo was a great location and the views were stunning! Morning coffee or evening relaxation was so peaceful while enjoying the views! Condo was clean and had the needed amenities. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location!

Our stay at Pali Ke Kua was amazing! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The view of the Na Pali coast was amazing to see. Groceries, restaurants and shopping were not a far drive. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers that were in the condo daily. The walking path down to Hideaways Beach is steep and a little rough, but worth the quietness of the beach where we did snorkeling and saw lots of fish and a turtle! We would definitely stay again!

Aloha!! We had a wonderful time celebrating a milestone birthday for my partner. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the area is beautiful. The unit is outstanding for evening sunset views as well as morning and all day views of Hanalei Bay! The proximity to everything is just what you need to just relax. Spectacular location, great place

It's absolutely sweet, with well stocked kitchen and a very comfortable mattress (important!) The view is so mesmerizing you almost don't want to go anywhere else, but we also played a lot of tennis, swam and snorkled at Anini Beach.

Needs fixing

The toilet leaks on the right side every time it’s fleshed. Must be a poor seal. The sheets are old and blood stained. The bathroom sink drained very slowly until my husband fixed it. The screens have gaps in them so they let in lots of bugs. The view is great.

Perfect location! Amazing view!

The first words about the view from this place were "are you kidding me?" The living room and breakfast nook overlook Hanalei and is amazing for sunsets. Located in Princeville it's less than 15 minutes walking to Queen's Bath and 8 to Hideaways, meaning you never have to worry about the limited parking at those spots. It's about 10 minutes driving from Hanalei Bay itself and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked, we enjoyed using the coffee maker and borrowed the cooler to take Foodland poke to the beach. Laundry machines were awesome, worked great. One thing to remember, nobody in this area has air conditioning. This was fine at night, it got pleasantly cool inside. It didn't get too hot by day inside, but we were never back in the unit before 5 to find out. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views!

We loved our stay in Princeville! The views from the condo were even better than expected. It was a great location to explore the north shore of Kauai from (only ~15 min to Hanalei Bay). Hideaway Beach was beautiful and a very short (if steep) walk from our door. We usually had the part of it by the condo all to ourselves in the morning. We both run a little hot at night, so I was nervous about not having A/C (we stayed in mid-May), but found the condo very comfortable at night as long as we kept the window vents open and ran the fan. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed (and more than we expected!). We hope to be back some day!
