Laulea Kailani Villa features an expansive, flowing floor plan in which the upper-level living spaces open to bring the outdoors in, emphasizing the breathtaking mountain and waterfall views. The home also includes an additional living space on the lower level, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a steam room. Each of the three sumptuous bedrooms offers access to a lanai, enabling guests to enjoy cool trade winds as they blow through the villa. The bathrooms provide spa-like amenities such as soaking tubs, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and an open-air shower. The fourth bedroom is an ideal room for yoga and meditation lovers, with ample natural light and ventilation. Includes a dedicated yoga space and note that there are no window coverings or air conditioning.

Air conditioning is only available in 3 of the bedrooms of Laulea Kailani Villa. 4th bedroom, Living room, Dining room and other common areas do NOT have AC.

Windows and Sliding Glass Doors can also be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of June through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.

Bedroom #4 is available starting July 15, 2023.
