Hotel is in the older part of town which has convenience stores,the wonderful Patagonia Brewery and various restaurants etc. We booked the hotel through Expedia and on our confirmation it ststed that taxescwere included. There are taxes for the park of 1500 each which we expected to pay but they stung us for VAT and tourist tax as well. The total for 3 nights came to NZD28 I did point out our confirmation that it was included and showed them another confirmation for a BA hotel which showed we did have to pay taxes which would be collected locally. She said she would contact her reservations dept and took a photo of the confirmation. That was the last we heard. The hotel has a nice pool area but little in the way of shade umbrellas the water was a bit cloudy. Room was large and comfortable but noisy from road noise and dogs barking. Breakfast is the same every day but ok. Need a translation app for English to Spanish gor dome front desk staff.

Location is ideal. The room is huge. Breakfast is very good. But room cleaning service needs to be improved. First day they did not put comforter on the bed (only a single cover sheet). Second day, they did not put folded towels in place. The conditioner bottle did not work at all ( cannot be squeezed out).

Terrible. Esto no es un hotel 4 estrellas. Habitación caliente, ruidosa y “dated”. El acondicionador de aire demasiado viejo y pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación y no enfriaba. La persona en el front desk fue grosera al yo comentarle que la habitación estaba muy caliente.

Huge King room. Great breakfast buffet with a large variety of options. Conveniently located with numerous restaurant options across the street, and the bus terminal s couple blocks away. Safe area, lively during dinner hours, but quiet in the evening.

The best buffet breakfast at a hotel in Iguazu. Hotel is beautiful, large room, comfortable beds. Great location, close to restaurants. They also serve drinks and snacks at the lobby bar.

This hotel is in a convenient location close to the bus station, which can be noisy at night, and many of the better restaurants in town. The rooms are very very basic, but a decent size. The breakfast is extensive but served in what is like a school canteen. It is a captive market so not great value.
