The major problem we had was with our air conditioning that did not work. We informed the desk about this the day we arrived. We only received a maintenance visit after our 2nd complaint which was the next day. After 30 hours with no AC, we were offered another room. Upon my inspection, that AC was not working as well!! Finally we got a third room. When I asked manager Valerie Gonchoroski for some compensation regarding our issue, he waived our 2 mojitos bar bill. REALLY very poor public relations given the fact we were extremely uncomfortable for 30 hours in 35 degree heat. I had requested that one of our daily room fees be waived for the aggravation and duress it caused my husband and I. He refused! The hotel could use some updating in particular the bathrooms which were functional but in need of some necessary repairs.

Rooms are spacious, and the hotel itself is very appealing. My only complaint is that they don't offer complementary water bottles, you are surrounded by a tropical forest and you'll be drinking lots of water, which you'll have to pay.

Lovely hotel. Central. Bus station across the road so easy to get to falls on either side and to airport. Staff lovely. Pool is a winner.

This hotel was in a good location for restaurants. The room had plenty of space with very good beds (firm) and pillows for a good night's rest. The pool area was very busy and a great place to hang out after you've seen the falls. It also had a good restaurant and a spa area with reasonable massages that we did not get to experience.

Totally recommend this hotel!

Checked in for 2 nights Junior Suite. However, after two days of visiting both sides of Iguazú waterfalls we needed an extra day of relaxation before our flight at 20hrs. We were able to add an extension of our room for an additional one night cost. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet it was well served and lots of options. Our bed was on the firmer side but good for us. Air-conditioning needed to stay on for us so we left one card on the switch so our room was always cool. Staff went above and beyond. They accommodated us and stored our luggage morning before check in and had a change room and shower before we headed to the Falls. Good location. Good restaurants near by.

Few problems with this hotel

This hotel has problems with their laundry and maintenance. Twice my daughter found other people's hair on new bathrobe and towel..first we thought it might be the blowdryer blew hair onto the clean towel, but then there it was again the second time .. Maybe their laundry machine not powerful enough? Not sure..never happened to us in other hotels.. Also the shower knobs controlling hot/ cold temperature didn't work well.. very loose, causing water temperature fluctuated all the time.. have to be very careful while in shower...the manager did show up to my room to check and promised to sent maintenance guy over, but it seemed the knobs never been fixed.. Another thing was the patio door cannot lock well. Have to be extra cautious making sure both patio doors completely shut. We stay at 2nd floor facing the bar outside. After first night stay, we noticed the patio door had a gap opened, which meant we slept with an open patio doors!! Other then above, the hotel has good location, nice front desk services, several good restaurants nearby.. even its own restaurant downstairs is good.. Breakfast is decent with lots of fruits provided.

Highly recommended- lovely hotel

Great facilities and location. Pool was lovely and well used by not over crowded. Breakfast had a wide selection- we especially enjoyed the Christmas cookies and the toasted sandwich maker. Room was well presented. The surrounding area was great for restaurants and a few drinks. We were there over Christmas, they had nice decorations though the Christmas Eve dinner menu didn’t suit us so ate elsewhere.
