Room has a ceiling leak, asked for towels up to the room, never got it, staff were rude as we didn’t speak Spanish, no severs around the pool or around to clean the pool so cups and spilled drinks everywhere. Resort was beautiful, well kept, and very clean. Service was the downfall. Language barrier made it very difficult to the point where we didn’t have one dinner where all the entrees were correct and even some dinners where someone didn’t get a meal at all. Bartenders seemed to cater to Spanish speaking guests over English speaking guests

I am very upset about the service, very unorganized, to and from the airport was bad , drop me of the wrong hotel and pick time was at 1 PM and I was pick up at 2:15 PM , was very late for my flight, didn’t get to eat anything, take 3 hours to check in at hotel upon arrival, it is a very bad experience, and I will definitely think twice before going back and I should be compensated for the s stress and services I received.

Este hotel no cumplió mis expectativas siendo una cadena de hoteles de tan alto prestigio. Para comenzar el personal con excepción de algunos bartenders en el swim up bar son poco atentos. Las atenciones a los huéspedes carecen de hospitalidad desde los gerenciales hasta el personal que te atiende en los restaurantes. Poca higiene en los buffets. Incluso había cucarachas en las estaciones de comida. En los restaurantes de especialidad no había cupo ni disponibilidad y en los que pude visitar la comida de pobre calidad. La temperatura de las facilidades y habitaciones a una temperatura insoportable para el calor del Caribe. El resort tiene muy limitadas las actividades de entretenimiento.
