First I have to say the food is terrible. Terrible. And it is very difficult to get reservations. Our room was outdated, the outlets do not all work, our toilet leaked the whole time and the keys everyday did not work. We had to walk to the front desk multiple times a day…very annoying. Also very hard to get a beach chair… never going back!

Dining options were good for the most part. Enjoy the Italian restaurant.and cape nap seafood. International buffet was good and variety. We were disappointed in the Hokkaido Japanese grill. The lobster was overdone and it is expensive. Not worth it in my opinion. Greatly.Enjoyed the facility otherwise and the staff was vet nice.

Disappointing hotel personnel

Horrible customer service, our concierge did not help, said he booked our dinner reservations and did NOT , both nights were embarrassing trying to get in the restaurants. Took almost an hour to get us help to bring our luggage to the lobby. Made our taxi wait a long time for us and made late to the airport. Very disappointing hotel experience.

The property is huge. Im grateful for the golf cart transportation. The food was great, the main pool was awesomeness. The beach was beautiful but, alot of people trying to sell things are really aggresive and it made me stay away from the beach.

From the moment we arrived, Kilvana ensured that every detail of our vacation was taken care of with the utmost professionalism and warmth. Whether it was arranging reservations, answering our questions, or simply checking in on how we were enjoying our time, she went above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests. Her dedication to excellence made our stay seamless and stress-free, and we truly felt pampered thanks to her thoughtful gestures. Another standout team member was Robert, the lifeguard. Spending time at the pool with young children can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Robert’s watchful eye and charismatic personality put us completely at ease.
