It was an ok place to stay for your first time. There is really only one pool, no hot tubs. The food is limited without reservations and places close on certain days so it makes it hard if you have a large party and are trying to do excursions.

I had a great experience at the resort overall! The staff was wonderful—very friendly and attentive. I especially loved the beautiful landscaping and the animals roaming around the property, which made it feel extra special. My kids absolutely loved the water park and didn’t want to leave; they just wished it stayed open a bit longer each day. The only downside for me was the food. It didn’t quite meet the standard I’m used to at other all-inclusive resorts. A few of the restaurants were underwhelming in terms of flavor and variety. That said, everything else about the resort was fantastic. I’d definitely consider coming back, especially for the atmosphere and family-friendly vibe.

Liked the lobby area, very well done and cute. The food at the restaurants was good overall. The beach is nice, very swimmable, soft sand. Bed was very comfortable. Nice gym and yoga area. Did not love: the rooms are dated and have hospital style rolling cots in the room as an exta bed. The room wifi went in and out a lot. Did not have a nice soaking tub. The air condition was super loud and would turn on and off several times an hour waking us every time. The exercise classes were really basic but if you have your own app you can use the space and get a decent workout.
