This hotel is my favorite in Punta Cana. It’s a hidden gem for the area. The staff is also nice and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a great place to stay in Punta Cana.

Rosa at the front office is very efficient. She'll go above and beyond just to help you. Rafa does an outstanding job multitasking. My room was super comfortable. The best cable TV system in a hotel. There are numerous channels in different languages.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! I booked this hotel going into and leaving the Dominican Republic to extend my trip a bit. It was not my main hotel, but it looked good online and had good reviews. It was NOT at all what the photos portrayed. The room was sub standard. Very disappointing overall. Why have a stove and kitchen in the room with no dishes, pots or silverware? The bathroom ceiling was leaking - Yuck. The floors looked filthy in the restroom. I asked for face towels and got hand towels. No amenities. The food was not good at all. Salmon was hard and crispy on the end...? The special sauce on the Cesars salad was mayo. Some staff were kind, others were used to the disappointed customers and told me not to waste my time cancelling my second reservation at the end of the week. Expedia did not refund me when I canceled several days in advance. This was a very frustrating experience. Communications were sent in Spanish after I booked in English... The hotel said that Expedia had to issue a refund, Expedia said that the hotel would not issue it. I still don't know who is lying? I not received a refund after stating that I was not returning in advance. I would not recommend that anyone looking to vacation book here. Disappointed with the hotel and with Expedia. Where is my refund? I travel a lot, if I can't trust Expedia to do what is right - I won't book with them either. No one to talk to just text messages and no firm answer.

It was nice and clean. We got a pool Side view room, spacious with balcony. There is a beautiful pool with bar and dining. Food was delicious. Breakfast had varieties, my family enjoyed the stay. Staff were helpful with any asked information. Must recommend.
