This hotel was exceptional, the breakfast was five star restaurant quality with sweeping views of Kuala Lumpur. Our room had breathtaking views of the Patronis Towers and the location of the hotel in KLCC is brilliant. We dined at two restaurants on site and had room service and could not believe how good the food was. This is our favourite hotel in Malaysia.

Horizon room definitely worth the extra expense. Lounge and wine a treat. Room very spacious and spotless. All staff were very helpful and friendly. 10/10. If back in KL

Everything is immaculate ! I got sick during the check out day and asked to check out a bit later, at 2pm, so I can rest a bit more before catching a later flight. The service staff are so friendly and granted my request. And also give me extra water to take

Good clean room, beautiful view over the city, great fitness facilities and pool area
