Front desk was very informative to how negotiate getting to JFK airport after checkout.

Clean room, sheets, towels were a bit snagged but nothing too concerning. Plenty of street parking (metered during some hours) would definitely book again

​While the immediate area around the hotel looks a bit rough, the hotel itself was very comfortable and a solid choice for a JFK stay. The room was great, featuring a comfy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and quality amenities like the TV. I also really appreciated the breakfast offerings and the helpful shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me navigate the transit system for my trip into Midtown Manhattan. If you can look past the neighborhood’s first impression, the service and interior comfort make this a 4-star experience.

I am convinced that the reviews are fake. One of the reasons I chose this hotel because there were several comments that this is ideal for a solo traveler. If you’re a woman travelling alone, this is not the place for you. The area looks sketchy as well. Thin walls. First morning, a guy nearby was talking so loud, I could hear everything. Second night, I was awakened approximately 1:45 a.m. with someone banging on my door. Loud, speaking in a foreign language. I called the office for help and I was dismissed at first. I was told it was just some drunk person. I got up the following morning and checked out by 9:30. I couldn’t wait to get out. The front desk is enclosed in glass. I don’t know if this was from the Covid days or staff protection. That should give you an idea of the neighborhood. I frequent NY and trying various areas. I know that I won’t be returning to this place.
