The elevators tank, the rug were so dirty and old. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. That's why it's included because nobody would pay for that.The shower was gross it was just in the side of the room with no actual doors or barrier and the water when all over the whole bathroom. The front desk person didn't give me a wake-up call that I requested and told me that I was on a list for a shuttle at nine o'clock in the morning and then when I came down in the morning I was told that it was full and I wasn't on there. The only reason I stayed here was because it was close to the airport and I did have an international flight to get to, but I needed to take an uber anyway. Why would you have room thermostats set to 67° with no way of adjusting it. Bad food, dirty, and freezing with staff who don't care.

Clean room, sheets, towels were a bit snagged but nothing too concerning. Plenty of street parking (metered during some hours) would definitely book again

I am convinced that the reviews are fake. One of the reasons I chose this hotel because there were several comments that this is ideal for a solo traveler. If you’re a woman travelling alone, this is not the place for you. The area looks sketchy as well. Thin walls. First morning, a guy nearby was talking so loud, I could hear everything. Second night, I was awakened approximately 1:45 a.m. with someone banging on my door. Loud, speaking in a foreign language. I called the office for help and I was dismissed at first. I was told it was just some drunk person. I got up the following morning and checked out by 9:30. I couldn’t wait to get out. The front desk is enclosed in glass. I don’t know if this was from the Covid days or staff protection. That should give you an idea of the neighborhood. I frequent NY and trying various areas. I know that I won’t be returning to this place.
