Book Grand Av. Newtown Station hotels

The AC didn’t work over the weekend and there was construction happening in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay but it was a simple utility that didn’t takeaway or enhance our experience. Very neutral experience.

Our flight was moved out ab extra day and when i atttempted to cancel and rebook for the next day, I was going to be charged a three hundred dollar cancelation fee for a room of less than three hundred so i just kept the room and never used it and found a better hotel.

One of the most bad experiences I had ever The staff is rude and don’t care and don’t even check If they have aged or no or ketchup or no or even anything you ask for Everybody they are I say the other department go for it Very busy and all tourists come mid s hotel to enjoy in The pool desk was closed although given on the app and I thought that there is pool Even if it’s raining next day it was sunny why they don’t open it !! Or even let us sit on the chairs beside it And I didn’t see even coffe machine That was regret and room smaller than my restroom and view is terrible
