The room was clean, and beds was comfortable. The entrance, and 1 of the elevators had a smell to it, maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned. The staff was friendly and professional. No free breakfast.

The parking/valet situation on Good Friday was the worsk I have ever seen. We were unable to park on or near the hotel. Valet was overwhelmed. The hotel tells us they dont handle parking. BS. We couldnt get near the property. We had to go to an off airport parking facility and park there. The airport shuttle in the AM was equally awful. The shuttle held 18 seats. There were 40-50 people trying to get to JFK at 3:30 AM. We called an Uber instead. We had to pay for Parking and the shuttle, when they were to have been included in the cost

Property/room was actually quite nice. Not in the best neighborhood, and it’s noisy with building and road construction. But for our trip, it met our needs. As long as you have/can get OMNY, public transit is workable to Manhattan.
