Our Airline flight came in late due to inclement weather 12 AM, we were promptly picked up by hotel shuttle. Checkin was quick, We were welcomed with two hot fresh Doubletree cookies!!!! Our room was in excellent condition, our bed was comfortable. The hotel staff in the morning gave us advice on which bus to take to get to Jamacia station. Thank you,

What a wonderful stay! We had been thru a typical air travel horror story and arrived beaten, the receptionist was kind and efficient, the room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We were even able to catch a shuttle back to the airport. Lovely

The chicken process was very slow. There were not enough front desk people to handle the crowd. No cookies were offered. I don’t know whether none or available or whether it was just so busy the front line staff forgot. I will give kudos to the front desk staff. They were very nice. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. One other downside was the fact that the ice machine on our floor was inoperative.Checkout was easy and it was easy to find the shuttle van. I guess the best recommendation I could give it was the fact that I will stay there again if the need arises.

They only give us one room in 2 bedrooms booking pay at the hotel , said that Expedia cancel it but still showing booked at the app, and then charge us for the pickup shuttle from the airport for $454 in my card the next day , employees are rude except the dining , made us freeze at the airport before sending the shuttle , stuff is not friendly , I will never recommend these kind of costumer service , Unprofessionals!!!! I will file a fraud complaint to my bank for charging us for shuttle service because your website said it’s free
