Fantastic! At first, there was unclear understanding about my specific request, and it appears they aren’t ready that they need to move me to another room. I had a wonderful stay at EDSA Shangri-La. The staff truly made my experience exceptional—Kate at reception was warm and welcoming, John at Horizon Lounge provided top-notch service, and Maritess from housekeeping ensured everything was spotless and comfortable. i checked in early, and was lucky enough to have an available room in the uppermost floor, with a cityview ( overlooking the roofof the nearby mall) Unfortunately was close to the exhaust machine in the rooftop, and the noise it made was heard in the room. the staff readily transferred me to the next avilable room, where i discovered a fully functional TV.
