Wasn’t very welcoming and there was not clear communication. Staff didn’t seem very interested in the job. The cleaners came in 2 hours before checkout waking me and my family up and didn’t even apologize.

Location was great. Close to many things and easy to get around. The hotel is very dated, the furniture in my room was very old with large scratches and the tv never worked during my stay but the staff tried to fix it.

The room is dirty and we have cleaning staff open our room at 8am without knocking and we are still sleeping especially my toodler. She did not do it juat once but twice and it was so annoying You do not come to a room with still people in there. You have to wait until they leave and clean.

The bed was hard as a rock, on Saturday we went out for the day come back Saturday night room had not been made trash and up and picked up, but they took all our towels and face cloths and hand towels out of the bathroom and did not replace them did not even clean the bathroom nor did they leave any toilet paper or tissue . I complain to the night attendant niece said oh did you request for housekeeping? We left on Monday morning went to talk to the front desk person, I explained to her everything that went on and she did not even blink an eye or even look like she cared I suggest you do not go to this place

The beds are amazing. The recently remodeled room we stayed in had a bathroom sink that didn’t want to drain and the outlets are loose and some don’t work. Beyond that the property is spotless, the staff is wonderful and it smells clean and fresh. The free breakfast features make your own waffles and pancakes with yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, cereal, juices, coffee, tea and milk. Super duper value.

The purpose of choosing Wingate was the rating and its location to airport with free transportation. The payed parking also included in deciding. Well when checking in on April 11th informing desk staff my flight departure and arrival dates with times. They never informed me that shuttle service would be unavailable after 1pm on Sunday. Had I known my decision to leave my car and pay for parking would have changed. Having to pay for transportation back to Wingate then to find our car damaged was upsetting. Informing the clerk of damages he would not even come look , with no concern whatsoever just giving me GM number and oh can’t talk to him until Monday after 10am.

Clean, quiet rooms, but thin walls. 1 elevator with broken floor tiles, the other sounded like it would break down. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot (no bacon, grits or biscuits.tho)
