I checked into hotel and when i got into my room I noticed it had adjoining doorway into next room. I went to front desk immediately and asked to change rooms ( downgrade ) if i had to. I didnt want a room with adjoining doorway !!!! The front desk employee ASHURED me noone was in room or would be for night. 1 hour later someone was put in that exact room. !!!! I ended up leaving immediately and didnt spend the night.

Best deal for the money!

Older hotel, but all new beds, and updates to rooms! Staff was very accommodating and management was excellent!! Inside bar with live bands Friday’s and Saturday’s, Karaoke, and trivia other nights!

This was our second time staying at the Lakeside Inn and it will probably be our last. First time staying there we had no complaints at all. This time the room we got was quite dated. Only one outlet in the entire room worked and one of the bedside lamps didn't work at all. The furniture was practically falling apart if you touched it wrong. To top it all off the complementary breakfast made my wife explosively sick for our five hour ride home causing us to stop at ALL the rest stops on the way. Safe to say we will not be staying there again.
