Facility need to be redone, door to the room get stock, need new bedding and mattress, carpet need to be change. More entry and exit doors are needed not just for emergency use. Housekeeping is ok. Needs serious improvement.

Property location was excellent. Paying for Lake view, extra was a rip off. Our room had a perfect view of a very large AC unit. The lack of a draining shower was disgusting. Overall, ripped off, and I did complain and requested another room, front desk said full up, and the view is the view.

They are joining rooms. The door that goes to the next room is very thin, you can hear everything going on in the room next door. The wall AC leaks water while running, leaks onto the carpet leaving a puddle next to the bed. Also leaves a horrible smell in the room. I was coughing my second day there, i think there is some serious black mold build up under the carpet from the AC leaking. Mattress had a lot of broken springs on one side. Very uncomfortable and horrible for the back..... little things that aren't a big deal but inconvenient. No elevator, stairs only for the second floor and the vending machines are older and take cash only, no credit/ debit card. Also only take 1 dollar bills nothing bigger and I couldn't get ones from down stairs late night.

Pleasant Stay

We stayed 4 nights and it was perfectly centered for where we wanted to sightsee. The front desk gentleman was very kind. The breakfast was ok. The room service lacked as we had to ask for towels everyday. The lake view was nice!

Not a good place to stay.

The service overall was poor. The room we got was nothing like what was advertised. There were things broken or not clean such as: the door handle broke off while entering the room. The toilet seat was so loose I almost fell off to the floor. The tub didnt drain as if it had a clog that had not been cleaned in a long long time. The coffee maker only served Decaf and extremely limited on coffee supplies. General wear and tear had not been addressed in a long time. The only outlet available was totally loose in the wall, creating a fire hazard. There is no elevator. The handrail on the right side of the stairs was broken. And the room wreaked of cigarette smoke.

Updated hotel with a brand new lobby. Room had a horrible smell! Had to change rooms. Second room much better! Room did not get cleaned and we had to ask for it to be serviced multiple times! Extremely small bar of soap. Ok breakfast. Beautiful setting on the lake!
