Compare Ski Hotels in Red Cliff

I was supposed to stay with them back in December of 2025. Unfortunately, my sister passed away the very day I was supposed to fly out and check in. I called to see if they could offer a refund given the circumstances, and I even offered to provide documentation as proof. Sadly, corporate said they would make no exceptions. This was very disappointing and honestly felt extremely insensitive. I understand that businesses have policies, but I believe there should also be room for compassion and understanding during unexpected life tragedies. Because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking with Hyatt again or recommending them to others.

I’ve stayed at several different hotels in the area and this one is by far the best value. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and modern. Brandon, who works the front desk, has been a pleasure to deal with.

More attention to detail is necessary.

Nice clean hotel. Great for skiers who prefer a nice nights sleep and save money to spend on the mountain!

View was nice but road noise was a little loud trucks
