Short sheeted, rock hard pillows, hard to find light switches, dead bolt lever failed and so locked in room for 15 minutes. If there would have been a fire, we would have been dead, window screens stapled on outside of window, bathroom too small to even dry off in……….

I would not recommend this hotel. It is dated, the restaurant is more life a cheap cafeteria than a restaurant. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Very disruptive construction work started on the roof at 7:00am on a Sunday morning. When brought up with the front desk staff they did nothing and didn’t seem to care at all about the disruption.

The room was ok. It was clean. It was tired, well worn and looked rough but it was clean. The small conditioner in the bathroom room was half full. The breakfast …. The eggs were ok. The sausage was weird and inedible. The coffee was terrible. Extremely weak. We watched the cornflakes that spilled over out of the spout get collected and put back into the main container instead of getting tossed. Construction started at 8:00 in the morning (roof repairs) and it was loud with banging and rumbling. The staff were pleasant and apologized for the noise and granted us a complimentary late checkout. The boys (an older hockey team) enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would not recommend this hotel until it has been renovated

I can look past the run down room, plugs not working, bathroom door not closing, but the room shaking construction on the roof above my room on a Sunday morning at 7am is hard to overlook. The lack of caring or concern from staff was unacceptable as well as no management on site. Service for breakfast is also poor. Overall they need to evaluate staff training. I will not be back.

The hotel is very outdated. The breakfast was honestly not good at all. Not a lot of options. The beds were comfortable. I know they are doing renovations. Pool and atrium were great for our boys soccer team. And staff super friendly.
