This stay was underwhelming to say the least. I had booked the room on Expedia and the King Suite configuration was nothing like what Expedia advertised. When I told the front staff that it didn't match the advertising, they said "ya, that happens." When I asked to be moved to a different room they said the hotel was full, I don't believe it was, as I was there on a Tuesday night and the parking lot wasn't even full. Our bathroom door wouldn't close and there was toothpaste smeared on the outside of it, there was no fan in the bathroom. The room was SOOOO hot, we opened all the windows and just shut the radiators off for the duration of our stay. We had planned to play games all evening in the suite, but had to go down to the breakfast room to borrow two chairs to sit on, the lighting was so poor in the suite that we had to string a lamp from the wall across to a table, there were no overhead lights except for overtop of the bed. We opened the hide a bed to find dirty sheets and no blankets or pillows for that bed, when we asked at the desk for replacements the girl working brought us up fresh sheets but didn't offer to strip the old sheets or remake the bed for us.
This hotel is just looking dingy and run down at this point, and the workers DID NOT CARE that our expectations were not met. No discount was offered.
On the positive side: the waterslide and the breakfast were both very good.
