The only thing I’m not giving 5 stars for is the property being outdated. With that being said, it sounds like the whole property is getting a makeover soon. The staff is friendly and kind. They’re dog friendly, close to nearby restaurants. The hotel was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

First, getting to the property is quite inconvenient. All access to the property was either through unnamed alleys or parking lots attached to other hotels and restaurants and all of them were covered with snow/ice pack. Checkin was fine. Staff were pleasant and accommodating, although there is really no benefit to doing checkin ahead of arrival. Won't bother with that again. Our room was large and clean, but very drafty. Both the patio doors and the heating unit were not properly sealed from the outdoors. Also, the heater in the room sometimes failed to start at an appropriate time when it was cooling off in the room. This caused some anxiety.
