The 24 hour shuttle to the airport is an excellent feature. It was free of charge if booked ahead. The driver came in and helped me with my luggage. Got me there on time. Excellent service.

The room was clean, spacious. The bed was very good, though it was on a wooden base that extended past the mattress and when I walked around it I’d hit my knee on the corners. Ouch! The continental breakfast was a bit sparse. The coffee was good. Airport access and good shopping nearby. We’d stay there again. Convenient location for our needs.

Overall the hotel was nice, however it had a few issues that really decreased the quality of our stay. For starters, there was no parking. Literally not a single spot open, and roughly 8 vehicles circling looking for a spot. Perhaps they should hold odd on the "park and fly" options to ensure parking for guests actually staying in the hotel. A large empty undeveloped lot is available right in front,. Purchasing and converting this to parking would alleviate this issue. Secondly, no drinking water. Tap water only, which is fine. That said, I have never before stayed in a hotel that doesn't offer drinking water to the guests. Bottled water is inky available from a vending machine. Lastly, our thermostat wouldn't work. We could adjust it, however it would not warm up above 17 degrees. Poor sleeping conditions for a baby in the room we tried to keep warm. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were fine for the price, but the three issues above will prevent us from staying here again.

Room was good, fairly quiet, very clean, spacious. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Did the park and airport shuttle service; to and from the airport was great. Negatives: all the parking spots with plugs were either full, blown in with snow (couldn't park) or the plugs did not work. Had to start my vehicle unplugged in -30C. Continental breakfast was terrible (cold potatoes, terrible eggs and not alot of variety and that was at 8:00 am
