This hotel is clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail. The parking is convenient, and the staff at the front desk have a very good attitude. It's a highly cost-effective hotel and definitely worth recommending!

The air conditioning unit in the room was unable to reduce the temperature to the requested set point. Far worse, the air conditioning unit was located on the outside wall at the head of the bed next to it. It blew cold air onto my head the entire night, regardless of efforts to redirect it. We will never stay at this hotel again.

It was a convenient & comfortable spot for a stop along a long drive. Located near a range of restaurant options, helpful staff - it was we expected. Nice touch was the fresh fruit & waffles as part of the complimentary breakfast.

Was upgraded to king bed including microwave & 2 bottles of water. Great staff, super comfortable bed & pillows, great breakfast bar included hot & cold items, easy access to stores, groceries. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a decent experience at this hotel. There were a few bumps along the way. I had reserved rooms on Expedia - 4 adults total in 2 rooms and had the confirmation re same. However they only had 1 room reserved for me in their system. They were able to give me a second room but it took quite a while for them to sort it out in their system. This made for a long a slow check in process. When I checked out, they had me in the system as having 3 rooms!!!! I’m not quite sure what was going on there but I was only charged for 2 rooms so all good in the end. The room itself was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty mediocre. A tile missing behind the door, loose trim on the shower grab bar, and a pretty sub-par tile job on the shower walls. The door locks were also quite troublesome. On both our rooms, the door would unlock but you had to give it a hard shoulder check to open the door!!! Overall, not too bad, but definitely not 5 stars!

Everything from the check-in with the wonderful staff to the room was absolutely excellent clean beautiful place excellent continental breakfast easy in and easy out. I would give it a 10 of 10.
