Everything was pretty decent. The staff were very friendly. We had some people quite loud the first night of our stay in the hallway. But overall enjoyed the 3 nights stay here

Terrible. Our bed had no fitted sheet, just a dirty top sheet draped over the bed, so you ended up sleeping on the mattress. The duvet was uncovered, with just a top sheet over that, also stained. Couldn’t use the bathroom fan because it was broken and sounded like a jet taking off. When I talked to the front desk about the bedding, I was told that’s what they did when they run out of sheets and duvet covers. I pointed out that this was a hotel, and they should have ample bedding, but this was lost on them. The woman behind me in line ant the desk said her room was in the same condition. Area is sketchy beyond belief, lots of transient people scoping cars in the parking lot. The “breakfast” was cracked open store-bought muffins left out on dirty folding wooden tables. The “fitness Center” was 3 treadmills/climbers, 2 of which worked, and one was wrapped in duct tape. Terrible facility, rude service. Would never stay here again.

Are room was pretty dirty, the sink in the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned and there was a foul smell to the bathroom as well. Also there wasn’t any warm water whatsoever in the shower. There was a whole bunch of stains on the walls everywhere in the room as well as the bedding had some yellow discolour to it with only two very poor quality pillows that were the smallest and thinnest pillows ever. I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted being in the room that we were given. Management and housekeeping has really seemed to go very downhill within the last few years.

Rooms were dirty. Bedding was dirty and lack of towels in room. Room was not cleaned the next day and when asked housekeeping for some towels they were rude when answered. Got some finally later that night when we asked the front desk. Also the breakfast room was small and equipment dirty and lack of food options. Just went out and got our own breakfast. Overall a not so good experience and will never stay there again

The staff was very nice, the continental breakfast had some great options, even though I eat plant based, and moving my personal belongings into the room was a breeze with their dolly they provided.
