The bed sheets were stained, the floor had an old blood stain, and the towels were dirty. We only needed to stay for a few hours, and since I arrived very late, I had no choice but to endure it. Throughout the night, both my toddler and I felt like something was biting us, and in the morning, I found red spots on my child's skin. The environment was extremely unsafe, with numerous drunk and aggressive individuals roaming around the hotel. I had no confidence in parking my car in the lot. While checking in, I observed several women who appeared to be sex workers. I will never return to that hotel, nor will I even consider passing by it again. The photos online were entirely misleading; they only showcased newly renovated areas while the rooms and corridors were foul-smelling. This was the worst experience I've ever encountered.

Very basic accommodation and conveniently located and the price is right. I didn't like that the windows don't open and the bathroom was dusty and poorly stocked with towels -- especially only one hand towel, one facecloth and two bath towels -- in a room with two beds. The bathroom appeared to be lightly cleaned only and I found small hairs in inconspicuous places around the tub and hairs stuck on the walls.

Sufficient, clean, and affordable. Continental Breakfast is rare these days, so thanks for that. Door jam needed some maintenance and I reported that. Air conditioner struggled to cool the room and so the room was a bit warm for us.

This was my worst stay in a hotel. The front desk lady who checked me in was great, that was it. Promoted to check in online, so I did, just to have to do the whole process again once I arrived. Got to my room and there was a weird smell; I think it may have been the cleaner they use but it gave me a headache. The sheets were stained - gross. The heat was on, so I turned it off. Tried to turn on the AC unit but the dial just spun round and round, air coming out was like warm. There was no condition and no hair dryer, which yes are minor things, but for my hair a huge inconvenience. Their free breakfast is a joke. When I got there there was 1 kind of bagel, no cream cheese, just butter. Yogurt left out on the counter for lord knows how long, 4 pastries in their pastry case which another guest was examining and found mold on. 2 rotten oranges and cereal. That was it. Coffee was good.

The breakfast room was horrifically, dirty, and messy. Even though the items were free, there’s no way I would’ve eaten anything. The sheets were stained, and I honestly couldn’t tell if they had been washed. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The physical accommodations were poor at best.

A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations, therefor no hot breakfast that we enjoyed last stay. The continental breakfast set up was ok with subway breakfast sandwiches, fruit, pastries, croissants, toast, waffles, tarts, yogurt, juice and coffee. On second day, most choices were gone by 9 am! The room was clean but I found there was a stale odour present. Service was good. Price was very good.
