The room was very clean. The shower base needed repair but all in all was pretty good. The breakfast was just a lot of sweet buns so some variety would have been good. There was a choice of apples or banana’s and coffee. The area around the building needs cleaning.

The property was fine, my room was older, but clean. The staff were friendly. However lots of the amenities that were advertised were not available. For instance, the breakfast was tubs of muffins, etc, a mini fridge with a shared jug of milk and minimum options. This is a deterrent strictly for sanitary purposes. The gym was also two treadmills and an elliptical in a room, the pool was closed and my room wasn't cleaned the entire three days I stayed here, and I had to ask for a second washcloth. The building was quiet, which was nice, but felt limited. The staff were nice and did their best, but would recommend waiting till renovations are done prior to staying.

The front desk staff were very friendly and nice. The rooms were very modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom shower was very nice. We had a great stay here and will for sure stay here again.

The property was over priced for what it offers, the gym is not good, the pool was out of service, continental breakfast was not fresh, it was stale, as if its the same pastries being rotated each morning, so I took it once. There was a lady, that changed my towel on my third day after asking, otherwise the experience was not as good.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Their restaurant with the breakfast wasn't operating this time. Otherwise it was great, comfortable, and affordable

Restaurant and pool have been under renovation for some time. The continental breakfast provided was frozen. Our 1st room the toilet was plugged waited for about 2 hrs. Was handed 2 different plungers in that time to look after a toilet that was already plugged when we checked in. Finally sent another cleaning person who glushed the toilet in already full toilet of water so it overflowed. She used the towels to mop up the water (disgusting). On top of that these were towels we had to request as there was 1 towel in the room for 3 of us to use. We were finally given another room. The new room we had to request more towels as only 1 towel in the room no face cloths hand towels. The newly brought stuff a face cloth still had a foundation stain on it. The sheeting had stains on them towels had stains on them. Saturday and Sunday no one came to clean the rooms our room cards kept being deactivated. Garbage and towel replacement never done. We had to ask for toilet paper. The room phone did not work. Overall this was a horrible hotel to stay at. DO NOT STAY HERE pay the extra hundred to stay elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! P.S. apparently we are not to flush toilet paper down the toilet as per the cleaning person said meanwhile the toilet was already plugged before we got to room & reason why our room keys kept being deactivated was because we had them near our cellphones
