5/10 - People that are giving this place a 10 must have had a way different experience than I did. For starters, they required a $60 CASH deposit. Don't have the cash, don't worry, they conveniently have an ATM in the "lobby" that charges you a convenience fee. 
My room wasn't dirty per se, but they definitely lack attention to detail. The floor was kinda nasty and I found hair everywhere - on the floor, on the towels, and in the shower. 
There's a lot of road noise, which usually wouldn't be a big deal, but there's gaps around the door and an overall lack of soundproofing. 
I saw someone mention they updated the motel. Well, the "update" was nothing more than some paint and LVP flooring. The building itself is pretty run down. Oh, and the pool was closed :( 
Overall, one of the worst experiences I've had at a motel.
