I’ve never been to a Motel 6 before but decided to give it a try since I needed something I could book with ease and was cheap. It fit the stereotype. There was nothing wrong, just what I figured it would be like. It is not renovated, is right next to a freeway, and the way there is no toilet cover for the stained seat reminded me of my other travel experiences. I wouldn’t stay here again personally because the freeway noise nearby is hard for me to sleep comfortably through but if you’re able to sleep through noise I would say this is perfect if you’re looking to have a place to rest your head on a budget.

I have stayed at this motel several times and won't stay anywhere else because they are the nicest and friendliest staff in Reno. They are always so nice and treat you with kindness. The rooms are always clean and they have the best pet potty areas all over and are very clean. This is the best place to stay in Reno and I have been to 5 star hotels and no one is as nice as they are here. It is so refreshing these days to be treated kindly. It seems like customer service is a thing of the past and everywhere go people are so rude or in a rush. You will love these people and love staying here. Do not ever go to the motel 6 on Wells. They are awful and I had bed bugs the first time I stayed there and they tried telling me the bites were from something else even though we saw one crawling on the bed and woke up with bites all over all of us. Only stay here at the motel 6 on victorian Ave. I'm so serious when I say it is the best place in Reno. You and your pets are welcomed and it's always so clean. Thank you to the staff. You guys make our stays wonderful and we always are so grateful at how nice and helpful you are.

The front desk guy that works during the day that wears glasses is awesome, the nighttime guy isnt friendly or nothing. He seems to hate his job, kinda rude the 1st room i had the maintenance guy didnt finish the bathroom ceiling so it started leaking. The maintenance guy doesnt seem to know what he is doing really. The ladies that clean do a really good job

So disappointed. Room was filthy, vending machines didn't work. Sheets were ripped and stained. Just overall rundown. Coming from a long trip from Florida, I expected more for the $134 I spent on when a car would be better than that.

Sketchy people hanging out around the property, room smelled like an ashtray, the table was filthy and covered in a sticky substance, hair on the toilet and in the tub. I stayed for 5 minutes, collected my deposit, and got the heck out of there. Spend the extra money on a decent hotel.

The staff were reallt nice. I was a little bummed that they dont offer any kind of late check out. I was spending time with a relative from Sacramento and a late check out wouldve given us more time. The room itself was okay, you get whst you pay for. There wasnt a do not disturb placard for the door which turned out to not be needed since room service did not come to clean during out stay. (We did check in late around 11 so that may be why ) The rooms were a mixture of looking clean and dirty at the same time and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed i ever slept in. Staff was very nice.
