Arnaque - Présentation trompeuse

Hotel moderne et d'allure confortable - La réceptionniste nous a emmené dans ce qu'elle appelle un autre bâtiment, à 100 m de l'hotel - Une chambre qui ne sentait pas bon, défraichie, au-dessus des commerces sur la rue principale (beaucoup de bruit). Balcon adjacent à un building en construction (sécurité). Il ne semble aps que ce cela fasse partie de l'hotel mais plutôt des chambres à louer... Pourtant nous avions réservés depuis près de deux mois. J'ai demandé à changer mais la réceptionniste m'a dit qu'il n'y avait plus d'autres chambres, elle savait bien que je ne pouvais pas changer d'hotel avec 2 enfants surtout lorsque la chambre était prépayée... Je lui ai montrée les photos sur hotel.com et elle m'a dit que ces chambres n'avaient pas été rénovées. Arnaque totale!!!
