It was late when we arrived Julian was very welcoming. He informed us of the app and how to get late check out ect. We didn’t even pay attention to anything as we all just went to sleep as Saturday was a big day for us. We woke up and the first thing my daughter noticed

Location is a little away from all the beach centric activities but the hotel and staff is fantastic. Breakfast is superb specially on weekends. On week days the breakfast lady did not cooperate much.

There was a cockroach crawling in our bed. Michelle the manager only offered breakfast coupons. The day of check in Michael was amazing. He should be the manager. He introduced himself and Michelle and she never turned around to acknowledge me. Earlier in the day before meeting Michael, I arrived a few hours before check in and requested an early check in with the Latina young woman and she kindly told me no without exceptions. This place appears to have been renovated but it’s poorly done with stains in the ceiling Lobby and outside property dirty and dingy as well as the bathroom facility off from the lobby. Michael deserves to work at an upgraded hotel chain because his service is top notch quality.

We stayed here, but we will never considered this hotel for our future staying again. We all got sick from a chemical smell that was just unbearable until we had to leave in the middle of the night. My daughter had a cough and an uncomfortable sneezing.
